At Mezam, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply.
1. Returning Items
Please contact our customer service at info@mezamstore.com before sending a return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the correct return address within 2 business days.
Return Conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and accessories must remain intact and be included with the return.
- Returns must be sent with a tracking number.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Hygiene products such as underwear and cosmetics
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refunds & Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved and processed.
Return Costs:
- For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return shipping costs in full.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring a proper and secure return. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping the shipping receipt.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or error
- Photos as proof
Once approved, a replacement item will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.
4. Return Address
Returns are only accepted if they are correctly registered. After approval of your return request, you will receive the correct return address via email.
